EMERALD ICE VOICE MAIL

TIME CHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

There are two different voice mail systems for the Emerald Ice. Each has a different System Administrator Mailbox; if you try to enter one and it does not work, try again with the other type.

FLASH VOICE MAIL

1. Press the Voice Mail key; when prompted for a password, enter *# instead.

2. Enter #00 for the mailbox; the computer will repeat back “mailbox 00”

3. Enter the password, usually 1234; if not, use 0000.

4. Choose option 4, Set date and time.

5. Press 2 to change.

6. Enter the time in 4-digit military time (0800 for 8 AM, 1500 for 3 PM)

7. Enter 6 digits for the date (mmddyy)

8. Press * to exit.

HARD DRIVE VOICE MAIL

1. Press the Voice Mail key; when prompted for a password, enter *# instead.

2. Enter 555 for the mailbox.

3. Enter the password, usually 1234.

4. Choose option 5, Set date and time.

5. Enter 6 digits for the date (mmddyy).

6. Enter 4 digits for the time (hhss) in normal format, not military.

7. Enter 1 for AM or 2 for PM.

8. Press * to exit.
